Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
At Guzel Handcrafts, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to customers across the world and make sure that you deserve the highest quality levels of responsiveness at any time.
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges (United States)
Shipping charges are calclulated based on the shipping provider's rates. This is determined by location and size of items being shipped. Guzel Handcrafts does receive some great rates through USPS and UPS and will pass on any savings to our customers.
We do offer FREE Shipping to our customers in the USA for orders over $35.
Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for the United States.
- Handling time: 1-3 Days ( Monday – Friday )
- Transit time: 2-8 Days ( Monday – Friday )
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 5:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
All shipping times are subject to weather and/or carrier delays. Guzel Handcrafts is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or carrier limitations.
